Your robot cleaner won’t move
One of the most common issues we have people ask us about is that their robotic cleaner isn’t moving. The first thing you need to do is check that everything is connected correctly to the power supply – it seems simple but is easily overlooked! Check all your connections and then turn off your power supply for 30 seconds before trying again. If your robot cleaner is only moving in certain areas of the pool, it could be that you don’t have enough slack with your cord. Or it could also be that a slight level of algae has developed in certain areas of the pool (even if you can’t see it!) and your pool robot is slipping on it.
